“We're very happy. We're seeing strong growth and the contact with Marianna (Marketplace Manager at Brightways, ed.) is excellent.”
Achtergrond
About the brand
Raxit helps businesses keep mice and rats out. Not with poison or traps, but by sealing buildings better.
The Danish brand makes professional products for rodent exclusion. Think door seals, steel wool barriers, sealant and foam. These products close the gaps, seams and openings that rodents can get through.
Raxit is used by pest controllers, construction firms, logistics companies, food businesses, retailers and facility managers, among others.
BSP Pest Solutions is the official seller of Raxit and responsible for the growth on Amazon. There, the product story has to be clear fast. What does the product do? Where do you use it? And which size or pack fits the job?

The trigger
Raxit has products with a clear purpose. But on Amazon that is not automatically enough.
The products need explanation. A shopper has to see straight away which problem Raxit solves, how the product works and why it fits better than a standard seal or a temporary fix.
BSP Pest Solutions had worked with another agency before, but Amazon was not getting off the ground. Actions kept sitting too long. As a result, there was no rhythm in content, advertising, stock and optimization.
Brightways was asked to look at the account again. First at the basics. Then at a plan that lets Raxit relaunch on Amazon with focus.

The challenge
What has to be right first
Raxit has products with a clear purpose. But a shopper does not see that on their own.
On Amazon it has to be immediately clear what the product does, why it is needed and why this is the right variant.
- 1
Niche product with specific demand
Raxit is not a product everyone searches for. So visibility has to match exactly the right keywords, categories and moments of use.
- 2
Little imagery available
There is limited creative material to work with. So the content has to explain cleverly what the product does, without leaning on a large image bank.
- 3
Low order value per product
Single products have a relatively low order value. That means advertising has to be steered tightly and pack sizes become important for margin and scale.
- 4
Compliance blocks growth
Some of the products get stuck at product level. As long as suppressions are not resolved, products cannot become properly visible and sellable.
- 5
FBA is not yet set up right
Prime is important for trust and conversion. Without a strong FBA base, Raxit misses a key delivery proposition on Amazon.
Our approach
What Brightways did
The relaunch starts with choices. Not putting everything live at once, but first deciding which products and marketplace have the best chance of traction. Germany becomes the focus market. Whatever goes live has to be right straight away.
Making products retail ready
The listings are sharpened on search behavior, category context and product use. Shoppers have to grasp quickly what Raxit does and why it fits their problem.
There is little creative material available. So the image roll gets a clear job: showing where you use the product and how it works.
Raxit has to be able to sell through Prime. Fast delivery supports trust, conversion and scalability.
Products that get stuck at product level cannot grow well. So suppressions and compliance blockers are tackled first.
Outcome: ready to become properly sellable
Becoming visible with focus
A niche product needs trust. Vine helps build the first base of reviews.
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display each get a clear role. The structure steers on relevant keywords, product positions and remarketing.
Advertising alone is not enough. With Top of Search multipliers, Raxit gains visibility in the places where shoppers search and compare.
Germany gets the focus. Other marketplaces get light catch all campaigns for extra visibility and cheap sales, without spreading the operation too thin.
Outcome: visibility in the right places
Making Raxit more relevant within the category
3 pack, 5 pack and 12 pack variations raise the order value. They also give more coverage in search results.
Raxit gets stronger as a category offer, not just as a single product line. Extra products make the brand more relevant to more search queries.
For products with recurring use, Subscribe & Save helps make repeat purchases easier.
New marketplaces are not added just like that. Well-performing products and learnings from catch all campaigns decide where expansion makes sense.
Outcome: more coverage, higher order value and better scalability

Good PDPs get noticed, generate clicks and conversions
For Raxit little creative material is available. Even so, these two product pages show that with limited input you build strong PDPs that can win clicks and conversions. With main image updates, clear titles, image rolls, bullet points that combine SEO with clear product benefits, variations and A+ content, there is a solid base. Good enough to start right away, with plenty of room for further optimization.

Result
Raxit gains traction through an Amazon structure that fits
Plan into execution
There is a clear plan with goals, forecasts and operational actions. And then it actually gets done.
Issues resolved
Compliance, FBA and retail ready content are tackled, so products do not stay stuck at account or product level.
Sharp choices
Germany gets priority. Not everything at once, but first the products and market with the best chance of traction.
A structure that can scale
Advertising, pack sizes, assortment and marketplace learnings give direction to controlled expansion.
The relaunch shows what happens when strategy and execution come together. Raxit does not grow through more scattered actions, but through a structure where content, compliance, FBA, advertising and assortment reinforce each other.
ACOS, TACOS and profitability stay healthy. That lets BSP Pest Solutions B.V. expand in a controlled way, without growth immediately coming at the expense of return.
